Buyer’s Inspection
Home buyers deserve to have all of the information about the property available to them before making any major purchasing or repair decisions. During the Buyer’s Inspection, we thoroughly walk-through the home to uncover its issues and report on its condition, making it easy for buyers to understand their prospective investment.
Pre-Listing Inspection
Most people think of home inspections as being an important part of the buying process, but their significance should not be overlooked by sellers! A Pre-Listing Inspection can help sellers better negotiate with potential buyers and fills them in on issues in the home they may not even be aware of. We will find the damages and defects in the home so that sellers have the opportunity to repair them before listing.
New Construction Inspection
Oversights in construction can be made by even the most talented builder. A New Construction Inspection is completed before the final walk-through. We search thoroughly for any issues that need to be addressed to prepare the home for move-in.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
Homeowners shouldn’t be held responsible for defects in their home’s construction. That’s why many newly built homes are sold with a one-year warranty that covers these issues. During the 11th Month Warranty Inspection, we find the problems your warranty covers so you can request the repairs you need in time.
4 Point Inspection
Insurance providers need to know the condition of important areas of the home, but this doesn’t always require a full home inspection. During the 4 Point Inspection, we check the condition and repair needs of the roof, plumbing system, electrical system, and HVAC system.
Re-Inspection
A Re-Inspection is completed after a Buyer’s Inspection, once the property seller has made the agreed-upon repairs. We come back into the home to check that agreements were honored and that the changes made to the property are complete.
Commercial Property Inspection
A Commercial Property Inspection can help buyers and owners better understand a commercial building’s strengths, weaknesses, and safety issues. We thoroughly inspect storefronts, strip malls, offices, and other light commercial properties.
